Mariska Hargitay & Peter Hermann
Fans of the hit drama Law and Order: SVU will easily recognize Mariska Margitay, who has been a star on the show since 1999. She met Peter Hermann while filming season three, and the pair felt an instant draw toward each other. After dating for two years, Hargitay and Hermann tied the knot in 2004. They’ve since had three children together, including biological son August in 2006, adopted daughter and son Amaya Josephine and Andrew Nicholas in 2011. The happy family continues to stay strong together today. Hargitay had this to say to PEOPLE in 2019, “I think there is such beauty in the divine architecture of how this family was built.”
