Struggling to Soaring
I was failing a lot of classes in high school and only had about two months to complete them before graduation. It was very close to impossible. Both my teachers and my parents were preparing for my anticipated failure.
However, just as I thought I was going to fail miserably, I received a phone call, which apparently was from my doctor. He told me I would be prescribed Adderall for my ADD. I had totally forgotten about all that, and suddenly I became more optimistic.
I began the medication and oh boy did I perform well, much better than the average student. The medication made me insanely productive and motivated. Lemme tell you the teachers dropped their jaws when they noticed my sudden increase in performance.
