36. Let There Be Darkness
I was at a relative’s house for a visit.
The living room got darker and darker as the sun went down – to the point where we were squinting to try to see each other.
Finally, I turned on the 25-watt lamp next to me to dispel the darkness.
My uncle took umbrage and immediately turned it off. He said, “We’ll sit in darkness until I decide we’ll have light!”
