Aladdin (1992)
The cheerful sounds of “Arabian Nights” come to mind. You have a street urchin, Aladdin, who happens to capture the interest of Princess Jasmine. He finds Genie who allows the person who rubs his lamp to have three wishes. Even though Jafar tried to exile Aladdin, the Genie came to his aid. They end up locking Jafar in the lamp. Both Jasmine and Aladdin choose to live their lives together.
Jumanji (1995)
Alan Parrish ends up finding a board game with real-life elements to it. He gets trapped in the game after playing it with his friend, Sarah Whittle. Over 26 years later, two kids, Judy and Peter find the game and start playing. Peter rolls a ‘5’ and they release Allan from the inside of the board game. They eventually find Sarah and later beat the game. Everything goes back to 1969 with the original pair. Later, they’re rejoined with Judy and Peter in a different scenario.
