The fiber is good in the digestion system as it increases the bulk. With the presence of enough water, it means the risk of getting constipated is significantly reduced.
It also helps to protect the body from inflammation, gum problems and other tissues surrounding the teeth. Cucumbers are low in calories and fat but have large amounts of vitamins and minerals that make them good dietary food to be considered. They can be cooked or taken as a snack and is good dietary food for those with urinary problems or not.
